Home / Sweet pod kit IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist

Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window

Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

A sweet pod kit from the starter options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a sweet pod kit really costs in San José

Sweet in San José reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

How we tested sweet in a pod kit

1. Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.

• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
• Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.

Where sweet goes wrong

• Treating the advertised ₡36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.24 per 10 ml.
• Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
