Lime nicotine salt bottle IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Lime in San José: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Lime in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run lime the same way in San José: same nicotine salt bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lime nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
A lime nicotine salt bottle from the flat-rate options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.52 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested lime in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised ₡65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.52 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
