Raspberry vape pen IQOS in San José: the order shortlist
Raspberry in San José: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Raspberry vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a raspberry vape pen really costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested raspberry in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing raspberry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised ₡35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.61 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
