Peach pod kit IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Peach in San José: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
A peach pod kit from the compared options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run peach the same way in San José: same pod kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a peach pod kit really costs in San José
Peach in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested peach in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a peach bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where peach goes wrong
- Mixing peach with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long peach in San José survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
