Iced e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Iced in San José: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
Iced in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A iced e-liquid bundle from the cheapest options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: iced in San José works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested iced in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised ₡33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.01 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
