Melon 100 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Melon in San José: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Melon 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A melon 100 ml bottle from the flat-rate options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a melon 100 ml bottle really costs in San José
We run melon the same way in San José: same 100 ml bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where melon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.37 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for melon in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should melon start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does melon in a 100 ml bottle last?
In San José we measured 9 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
