Tobacco sub-ohm kit IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in San José: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at tobacco in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco sub-ohm kit really costs in San José
Tobacco sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in San José survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
