Tobacco 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Tobacco in San José: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Costa Rica
If you are looking at tobacco in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tobacco 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
Tobacco in San José reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
