Salted e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Salted in San José: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
We run salted the same way in San José: same e-liquid bundle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Salted e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: salted in San José works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
The honest read on salted: 14 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
