Fig 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Fig in San José: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
A fig 60 ml bottle from the online options in Costa Rica costs about ₡1.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡1.89 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, 60 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested fig in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where fig goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.89 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in San José survives.
