Raspberry squonk mod IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Raspberry in San José: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Raspberry squonk mod here
The honest read on raspberry: 15 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Raspberry in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: raspberry in San José works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a raspberry squonk mod really costs in San José
A raspberry squonk mod from the discounted options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested raspberry in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a raspberry bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised ₡56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.71 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Not automatically. On raspberry the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡2.71 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
