Raspberry 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Raspberry in San José: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What raspberry costs in San José
A raspberry 30 ml shortfill from the compared options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Raspberry sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a raspberry 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested raspberry in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a raspberry bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing raspberry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for raspberry in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
Is raspberry legal to sell in Costa Rica?
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
What nicotine strength should raspberry start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
