Plum e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Plum in San José: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for plum
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
The honest read on plum: 17 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.49 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plum in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
