Plain nicotine salt bottle IQOS in San José: the price shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Plain in San José: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plain nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡1.71 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plain goes wrong
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised ₡49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.71 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
