Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on peach: 17 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run peach the same way in San José: same sub-ohm kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a peach sub-ohm kit really costs in San José
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.1 per 10 ml.
How we tested peach in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where peach goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised ₡49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.1 per 10 ml.
