Peach RDA IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Peach in San José: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a RDA for peach
Peach in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a peach RDA really costs in San José
A peach RDA from the flat-rate options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested peach in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a peach bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where peach goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why peach tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does peach taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the peach blend itself harsh.
Is peach legal to sell in Costa Rica?
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
What nicotine strength should peach start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
