Peach 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Peach in San José: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a 60 ml bottle for peach
We run peach the same way in San José: same 60 ml bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long peach tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a peach 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
Peach prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.81 per 10 ml.
How we tested peach in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every peach bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where peach goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.81 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
