Passionfruit prefilled pod IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Passionfruit in San José: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a prefilled pod for passionfruit
Passionfruit in San José reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A passionfruit prefilled pod from the starter options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested passionfruit in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every passionfruit bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long passionfruit in San José survives.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
