Mintice mesh tank IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Mintice in San José: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mintice habit
Mintice in San José reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Mintice mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice mesh tank really costs in San José
A mintice mesh tank from the discounted options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here

Why does mintice taste burnt?
