Mintice mesh tank IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Mintice in San José: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡1.83 per 10 ml.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice mesh tank really costs in San José
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mintice in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised ₡38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.83 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
