Lemon refill pack IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Lemon in San José: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
We run lemon the same way in San José: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A lemon refill pack from the reviewed options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.59 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon refill pack really costs in San José
Lemon refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lemon in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised ₡52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.59 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
