Lemon cartomizer IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Lemon in San José: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What lemon costs in San José
Lemon cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Lemon in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: lemon in San José works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon cartomizer really costs in San José
The honest read on lemon: 10 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested lemon in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in San José survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
