Lemon 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Lemon in San José: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a 60 ml bottle for lemon
Lemon 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at lemon in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: lemon in San José works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lemon in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Treating the advertised ₡34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.02 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.

Frequently asked questions
How long does lemon in a 60 ml bottle last?
In San José we measured 9 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡2.02 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
