Honey zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Honey in San José: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for honey
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The honest read on honey: 24 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: honey in San José works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey zero-nicotine bottle really costs in San José
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡3.08 per 10 ml.
How we tested honey in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where honey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
