Herbal starter kit IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Herbal in San José: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Herbal starter kit here
Herbal in San José reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal starter kit really costs in San José
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.11 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in San José survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
