Graphite refill pack IQOS in San José: the order shortlist
Graphite in San José: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What graphite costs in San José
Graphite refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Graphite in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in San José
Graphite in San José reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Treating the advertised ₡43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.39 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for graphite in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
