Grapey starter kit IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Grapey in San José: 10 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Grapey is allowed to say
A grapey starter kit from the reviewed options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at grapey in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: grapey in San José works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey starter kit really costs in San José
A grapey starter kit from the reviewed options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in San José survives.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for grapey in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is grapey legal to sell in Costa Rica?
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
What nicotine strength should grapey start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How long does grapey in a starter kit last?
In San José we measured 6 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
