Grapey mesh tank IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Grapey in San José: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Ordering IQOS to San José: the practical version
Grapey mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A grapey mesh tank from the compared options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey mesh tank really costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested grapey in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in San José survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for grapey in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should grapey start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
How long does grapey in a mesh tank last?
In San José we measured 8 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
