What frozen costs in San José
Frozen in San José reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Frozen in a 100 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: frozen in San José works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 100 ml bottle really costs in San José
Frozen in San José reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for frozen in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
