Dessert starter kit IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Dessert in San José: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
Dessert in San José reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on dessert: 20 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in San José
Dessert in San José reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in San José survives.
