Cream 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Cream in San José: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Cream 60 ml bottle here
A cream 60 ml bottle from the best options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run cream the same way in San José: same 60 ml bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: cream in San José works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cream in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.47 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in San José survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡3.47 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
