Coconut vape pen IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Coconut in San José: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What coconut costs in San José
The honest read on coconut: 16 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at coconut in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut vape pen really costs in San José
We run coconut the same way in San José: same vape pen, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested coconut in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised ₡57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.16 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡3.16 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
