Coconut refill pack IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Coconut in San José: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on coconut: 17 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut refill pack really costs in San José
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡3.41 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised ₡36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.41 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in San José survives.
