Coconut 100 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Coconut in San José: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Coconut is allowed to say
Coconut in San José reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A coconut 100 ml bottle from the compared options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.46 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut 100 ml bottle really costs in San José
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested coconut in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.46 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Packaging for coconut in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡2.46 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
