Citrus disposable vape IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Citrus in San José: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
The honest read on citrus: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Citrus disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus disposable vape really costs in San José
A citrus disposable vape from the best options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a disposable vape
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡3.18 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
