Blueraspberry pen device IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Blueraspberry in San José: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Blueraspberry sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a blueraspberry pen device really costs in San José
The honest read on blueraspberry: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested blueraspberry in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blueraspberry bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where blueraspberry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.58 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blueraspberry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for blueraspberry in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is blueraspberry legal to sell in Costa Rica?
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Why does blueraspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the blueraspberry blend itself harsh.
