Coil life, liquid cost and the berry habit
We run berry the same way in San José: same nicotine salt bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Berry in San José reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: berry in San José works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
If you are looking at berry in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested berry in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where berry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
