Ordering IQOS to San José: the practical version
Vanilla nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A vanilla nicotine salt bottle from the starter options in Costa Rica costs about ₡1.88 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
Vanilla in San José reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested vanilla in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡1.88 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡1.88 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
