Vanilla disposable vape IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Vanilla in San José: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run vanilla the same way in San José: same disposable vape, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla disposable vape really costs in San José
Vanilla in San José reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested vanilla in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in San José survives.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
