Sweet box mod IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Sweet in San José: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a box mod for sweet
Sweet in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Sweet in San José reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet box mod really costs in San José
Sweet box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sweet in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in San José survives.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
