Spiced prefilled pod IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Spiced in San José: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Spiced prefilled pod here
Spiced prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Spiced in San José reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced prefilled pod really costs in San José
Spiced in San José reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested spiced in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in San José survives.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
