Spiced 100 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist
Spiced in San José: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Spiced in San José reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced 100 ml bottle really costs in San José
Spiced 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested spiced in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised ₡43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.66 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does spiced in a 100 ml bottle last?
In San José we measured 3 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
