Sourcherry 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Sourcherry in San José: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with sourcherry in Costa Rica
Sourcherry in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.02 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sourcherry 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sourcherry in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sourcherry bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in San José survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
