Raspberry pod kit IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Raspberry in San José: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Raspberry pod kit here
Raspberry pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Raspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.05 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a raspberry pod kit really costs in San José
Raspberry in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested raspberry in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a raspberry bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long raspberry in San José survives.
- Mixing raspberry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Packaging for raspberry in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should raspberry start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
