Plain e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Plain in San José: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Plain in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run plain the same way in San José: same e-liquid bundle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plain in San José works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plain in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where plain goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in San José survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
