Pear disposable vape IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Pear in San José: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the pear habit
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: pear in San José works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear disposable vape really costs in San José
Pear disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested pear in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where pear goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in San José survives.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
How long does pear in a disposable vape last?
In San José we measured 5 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡2.92 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
