Passionfruit refill pack IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Passionfruit in San José: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the passionfruit habit
Passionfruit refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A passionfruit refill pack from the online options in Costa Rica costs about ₡1.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: passionfruit in San José works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a passionfruit refill pack really costs in San José
Passionfruit in San José reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested passionfruit in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long passionfruit in San José survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why passionfruit tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
