Passionfruit RDA IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Passionfruit in San José: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the passionfruit habit
Passionfruit RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at passionfruit in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit RDA really costs in San José
The honest read on passionfruit: 21 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested passionfruit in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every passionfruit bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.73 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why passionfruit tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
