Home / Passionfruit box mod IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist

Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window

If you are looking at passionfruit in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.

A passionfruit box mod from the starter options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a passionfruit box mod really costs in San José

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

How we tested passionfruit in a box mod

1. Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
• Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.

Where passionfruit goes wrong

• Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why passionfruit tastes flat after two days.
• Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

The rules that apply here

Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Packaging for passionfruit in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
