Nutty 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Nutty in San José: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Nutty is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Nutty in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
The honest read on nutty: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested nutty in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
